Who Let the Mop Out?

Who, who, who, who...( if you're not singing along to the Baha Men in your head, you're very strong.) Maybe you've felt the pang inside or even experienced the fear of the rabid dust bunnies living in dark corners this winter. I think it's January cleaning time. That's right, there's no spring in Idaho, so we just have to associate the dreaded couple weeks of deep cleaning with the first month of a new year.

Luckily, we enjoy cleaning. It usually means rearranging and fresh beginnings for items around our house. This year, however, has me a little defunked. On our return home from Utah, we may have stopped at IKEA and we might have purchased a new bookshelf.

The bookshelf is great, and it works really well in the space, I just don't know what to do with the two half-size bookshelves we had to empty to be able to fill up our new bookcase. The new set up seems to utilize the space better and even help in the overall aesthetics in the room. I just don't want to continue adding items to the "we'll use this when we have our own home" pile that is accumulating in the garage.
